2. Civil & Structural Work

• Wall Modifications: Demolishing or constructing internal walls.

• False Ceilings / POP Work: Gypsum or POP ceilings with lighting provisions.

• Flooring:

  • Options: Tiles, marble, wood, laminate, vinyl.

  • Leveling and waterproofing if needed.

3. Electrical & Plumbing

• Electrical:

  • Wiring, switchboards, lighting points, backup wiring.

  • Smart home setup (optional).

• Plumbing:

  • Bathroom and kitchen pipeline layout.

4. Carpentry / Woodwork
